WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR BOOKING INQUIRY

Every event has its own rhythm, setting, and audience. Share a few details so Jacqueline can recommend the right ensemble, repertoire, and musical approach for your occasion.

Date and location: Include your event date, venue, city, and whether the performance will be indoors or outdoors. If your date or location is flexible, mention the options you’re considering.

Occasion and audience: Tell us what you’re celebrating or presenting, along with the approximate number of guests. A private dinner, wedding reception, corporate gathering, and ticketed concert each call for a different approach.

Musical atmosphere: Describe how you’d like the music to feel—intimate and relaxed, elegant and welcoming, upbeat and danceable, or a featured performance with storytelling. Share any favorite songs or musical preferences.

Timing: Include your preferred start time, performance length, and any moments requiring music, such as a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, or dancing. Setup and soundcheck access are helpful details if you have them.

Budget and production: Share your entertainment budget, available performance space, and any sound equipment or on-site technical support. This helps Jacqueline suggest suitable ensemble options and identify production needs early.

Special considerations: Mention accessibility needs, venue restrictions, travel requirements, or coordination with an event planner. These details help the performance fit comfortably into your plans.

Still working out the details? Send what you know. You don’t need a finished plan to begin the conversation—Jacqueline can help you consider the options and shape the music around your event.
